Doula Support For All

As a pregnancy support doula we offer two prenatal visits in-person as well as unlimited communication via phone, text or email. We also offer knowledge during the prenatal phase about how your body is transforming during pregnancy, information and preparation about what to expect during labor and delivery, information for partners (if there is a partner) and how they can best support, explore comfort measures that can be utilized during labor, such as meditation, deep breathing, body message and more, and discuss topics related to life with a new born. 

We offer continuous physical and emotional support through out the labor and birth experience. During labor we provide various coping methods that will help aid the birthing person in achieving their optimal level of comfort and confidence while birthing their children. 

After the birth, we attend to hold space as the welcoming committee of the new arrival of life! With such a sacred moment for both the new parent (s) and baby, we wish to support by offering close attention and care to the birthing person, assuring that their emotional and physical needs are being fulfilled, and also offering guidance on care for the newborn and breastfeeding to establish bonding. In home support includes helping with light housekeeping, cooking, caring for other siblings, and making sure the new parent that’s given birth is thriving and feeling confident in their new role.
